Update
Our field technician has gained access to the MDF where the aggregation router is located. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the network equipment had been powered off and several physical connections had been disturbed.
Restoration efforts are currently underway, and we are working to restore services as quickly as possible.

Our field technician has been on-site at 100 Albert Road since 7:00 AM. We are still attempting to contact the Building Manager, but all efforts so far have been unsuccessful.

Our field technician attended 100 Albert Road but was unable to gain access, as approval from the Building Manager is still pending. Attempts to contact the BMs have so far been unsuccessful.
As a result, the following buildings are experiencing service interruptions:

The technical team is currently on-site at 100 Albert Rd and awaiting access to the building. Entry is pending approval from the Building Manager (BM). However, the BMs for this site remain uncontactable at this time.

Engineers have observed network alarms which are currently causing disruption to services for some customers across multiple sites. Engineers are now investigating the issue. Further updates will be given as soon as they are available.
